Government's Last Minute Changes - 11th April!
Toilets and showers now allowed to open

Talk about last minute.
Having undergone the stress of getting ready for opening today on April 12, the government have eventually relented and changed their mind about allowing campsite toilets and showers.
Gone is the confusion of explaining why the pub toilets and every other public toilet is allowed to open, but on a campsite it wasn't.
We are now in the position of last year, with bookable showers which need to be cleaned after every bubble and 24/7 toilets, meaning that our campsite can sensibly welcome caravans, motorhomes and especially tents who don't have a 'self contained' toilet as a rule of thumb.
Today, April 12, is rapid change to the on site posters, risk assessments, website, Facebook messages, booking system, previously booked customers holidays, Covid secure training etc etc, all on opening day. Glad the government have changed their mind but their timing needs work.
