Find out about our opening hours, when we serve food, entertainment and what's different between summer and winter.
Originally built in 17th century, The Three Horseshoes resembles a proper country pub with its beamed low ceiling feel. The history of the pub didn't begin until 1936, having previously been the village's Blacksmith, selling a bit of shady booze on the side.
Jam Jars has the feel of a continental style bistro, with great food and service to our marquee garden area
lighter snacks and meals alongside delightfully tempting chilled drinks
Homecooked tasty food served
within a relaxed and friendly pub atmosphere full of games.
Dogs are welcome outside and in most areas but we also have an area for quieter dog free dining.
Enjoy a takeaway by your campfire, in your pod or pick up and take it home.
Order - Pay - Enjoy
Our homemade Ice Creams go down a treat over the summer.
Try one of our boozy flavours!
8 unique flavours with new flavours and favourites to find.
We take table bookings for food orders from our evening pub specials and bistro menu for parties of up to eight people.
Larger groups are served efficiently with a pre-order when booked in advance. You can download our pre-order menu from here.
Have a group for us to cater for? Whether you are staying on site or not, its easiest to give us a call and we can have a chat about what works.
Try a glamping weekend with a bottle of bubbly and meal in the restaurant. Wrap it with a voucher or treat from Jam Jars shop.
If you need some catering, we are happy to have a chat about what might for you within our marquee or pub.
We welcome well behaved dogs in most areas. We try to find owners a place where your dog can settle happily. We also have a dog free area.
We are a friendly type of pub suitable for all ages. With quiz games, puzzles and toddler's toys we have customers of all ages often playing games.
Unfortunately this is an old building so we have slightly limited access. We have baby changing facilities available in the ladies (sorry about that) and high chairs available.
There is free WIFI throughout the pub and beer garden areas. 4G coverage is patchy depending on your network and 5G, dream on. You can escape your phone, don't tell the kids.
“The food.... awesome! Highly recommend the fish and chips, it's hard to get the batter crispy all the way round and this is achieved! The pizza's are amazing too!”
