For group leaders organising Duke of Edinburgh or similar camping trips at our campsite.
We have several years of positive experience working with D of E groups visiting the Three Horseshoes from several of our local schools.
To organise a trip we require a phone call in the first instance where we can then check if we can accommodate your group. This is generally easier in off peak months and midweeks.
If you would like to make a booking for a large group we will raise an invoice and email it to you to pass on to your accounts team which should be paid before arrival.
Booking Advice
Please call to check availability and to make a booking.
We will invoice your school or organisation for payment by bank transfer or card prior to arrival.
Conditions
No amplified music is allowed on the campsite or glampsite.
Please don't swear on the campsite or glampsite, we are a family campsite.
Keep conversation volume to a low level after dark, noise carries.
You group's behaviour should not impact on other customers enjoyment of the quiet countryside environment and their holiday.
Noisier groups are more than welcome in the pub. If you would like to eat together in the pub and there are more than eight of you please organise this in advance through either our pre-order menu or a catered package.
